VIRTUS 2023-2024 Codes of Conduct and Questionnaire Each year all clergy, school and church employees, and volunteers who regularly engage in activities with minors and/or vulnerable adults are required to sign a diocesan Code of Conduct. If your volunteer work at Sacred Heart fits into one of the above categories and you have not yet done so for the 2022-2023 year which began on July 1, please contact the church office to pick up a copy to read and sign. Karl can let you know if any other forms are needed to be completed and signed as well. Note that Sarah will be working with the volunteers in the PSR program to get them up to date on this requirement. We appreciate everyone’s efforts to get this completed. Thanks!

DIOCESAN NEWS and NOTES:
Seeking: Marriage Prep Lead Couples The Diocesan Family Life office is currently seeking Lead Couples to serve as mentors to engaged couples while they prepare to fulfill God's will for them in Christian marriage and family life. The success of this ministry relies on the generosity of our Lead Couples, who volunteer their time and share their experiences with newly engaged couples.
We invite Married Couples who are practicing Catholics, faithful to the Church's teaching, and notable for joyfully living out the Sacrament of Marriage to prayerfully consider becoming a mentor couple today. Lead couples will be asked to commit to hosting at least two marriage preparation sessions annually (five meetings per session).
For more information, don't hesitate to get in touch with Kim Brayman (417) 866-1841, kbrayman@dioscg.org.
